Terms & Conditions
  1. The general hire fee is £50. This reduces by 50% for club members. This is non-refundable.
  2. Access to the clubs sports facilities is strictly prohibited.
  3. The venue is a Members Club. While every effort will be made to notify members of your function they are entitled to use the facilities and we cannot guarantee that they will not require access to the lounge during your function. Your understanding will be appreciated. Exclusive access can be arranged for an additional charge of £100 available upon request.
  4. The bar is licensed to serve alcohol from noon to midnight and so can be available between these times.
  5. The cleaner needs to return the room to a pre-function state and as such pins or table sprinkles are not allowed.
  6. The hirer agrees to compensate the club for any damages caused by their parties actions whether deliberate or accidental.
  7. The Management shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of any goods, personal belongings, cars or their contents brought onto the clubs site.
  8. The hirer will book the function room on the understanding that other than the toilet facilities and the kitchen, no other part of The Club is included in the hire charge for use unless by special application.
